Join us for agentle movement practice that will communicate with all of the muscles and joints of your body.We will practice aseries of dynamic stretches that will improve flexibility, increase blood flow, and build strength and balance.Mostimportantly, you will have the opportunity to learn a simple full-body routine that you can personalize and do on yourown. We will practice for 25 minutes and hold a few minutes for questions at the end.
