
This webinar series kicks off with an introduction to yoga to detail what can be expected while beginning one’s personal yoga practice. It will offer the participants insights on how to build a sustainable practice both mentally and physically, as well as provide advice and guidance specifically for developing a yoga practice for age 50+. The Zoom classes to follow this introductory session during the weeks of 1/18, 1/25, 2/1 & 2/8 on Mondays @ 7PM and Thursdays at 12PM (Noon) featuring live instruction from a 200-hour certified yoga teacher incorporating the principles and practices discussed in the webinars.
