In this vertical Mat class, Amy Havens focuses on your upper body specifically your shoulder strength and spine mobility. Amy teaches with clear and concise cues to fire up your back muscles and abdominals muscles to support you during dynamic exercises. This class will help you build your stability and increase your mobility all throughout your shoulder girdle.
Working with certified instructor Amy Havens from Pilates Anytime, this class will provide a fun and fulfilling approach to Pilates while providing modifications and support for independently mobile participants who have a basic physical activity level. Suggested prop: small towel and a chair for sitting. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
