The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP)! empowers older adults to make and maintain small but impactful changes in their behaviors to help individuals successfully navigate this phase of life!
This series consists of 10 weeks with a different topic each week including Navigating Longer Lives, Exercise and You, Sleep, Healthy Eating and Hydration, Financial Fitness, Medication Management, Advance Planning, Healthy Relationships, Fall Prevention, and Community Engagement.
