We are excited to announce the launch of the Danbury Farmers Market Produce Box Program. Seniors in Danbury can pre-order boxes of healthy, fresh produce from vendors of the Danbury Farmers Market from August through October 2020.
It is important for older adults to have access to fresh, nutritious produce and this is another way to ensure that individuals are able to get the food that they need. The produce box may be purchased using the Senior Farmers Market Program vouchers, or in the absence of vouchers the box will be offered at no cost.
