October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Western Connecticut Health Network is teaming up with Star 99.9 to raise awareness for breast cancer. Pinktober is highlighted by two signature events hosted throughout October to support Western Connecticut Health Network’s Breast Cancer Centers.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women; it’s also one of the most treatable diseases when caught early. Patients at WCHN’s Cancer Centers receive personalized care from diagnosis to treatment to survivorship.

FRIENDS! The Musical Parody is the hilarious new musical that lovingly lampoons TV’s “Friends” — celebrating the wacky misadventures of your favorite group of 20-something pals as they navigate the pitfalls of work, life, and love in 1990s Manhattan. Fresh from a successful Off-Broadway run, this delightfully naughty confection plucks the best moments from the show’s ten years and recreates the moments through an uncensored, fast-paced, music-filled romp. For mature audiences only.
Proceeds go to WCHN Cancer Services.
